The Hide
Every jacket begins with selecting the hide. Our family has worked with hides for decades, so we check each one for thickness, softness and surface marks before it is used for a jacket.

How Leather Jackets Are Made: The Tannery
Hides are soaked, cleaned, tanned, dyed and finished at our family tannery in Raiwind, Lahore, with operations in Kasur. Suede is buffed to raise its soft nap, and smooth leather is finished for strength and an even colour.

The Cut
Pattern pieces are laid out on the leather so the grain runs the same way across the jacket and natural marks fall where they will not be seen.
Step 3 · Cutting

The Stitch
The pieces are stitched by experienced craftsmen we work closely with, using strong thread and heavy needles. The satin lining, metal zippers and rib-knit cuffs and waistband are added at this stage.
Step 4 · Stitching
